Monday/Wednesday
at Poway Community Pool 
from 5:30pm to 7:30pm
and Saturday at Poway HS - 10am to 12pm
 

After  May 6:
Monday/Wednesday
at Poway Community Pool 
from TBA
and Saturday at Poway HS - 9:30 am to 11:30qm
 

*Plus 1 day will be conditioning - Subject to Change
